Trinity, FL – A 20-year-old female passenger died on Thursday night when the man with whom she was riding lost control and crashed their vehicle into the median on SR-54, reports Pasco News.
The single-car accident happened around 7:40PM on the eastbound side of SR-54 near Country Place Blvd. The driver was a 25-year-old man from New Port Richey.
The sedan overturned after hitting the median, causing both parties to be thrown from the vehicle.
Both occupants were transported to a local hospital where the woman later died from her injuries.
It is unclear at this time why the driver lost control of the car.
