TAMPA, FL- A man died on Monday when his scooter was hit by a car at N Nebraska Ave and E Bougainvillea Ave, ABC Action News WFTS reports. The incident happened at about 7a.m. and the intersection was closed for hours as the Tampa Police Department responded to the situation. The TPD found the twenty year-old man dead when they arrived. The cause of the crash remains unknown, and the young man has not been publicly identified. Trinity, FL – A 20-year-old female passenger died on Thursday night when the man with whom she was riding lost control and crashed their vehicle into the median on SR-54, reports Pasco News. The single-car accident happened around 7:40PM on the eastbound side of SR-54 near Country Place Blvd. The driver was a 25-year-old man from New Port Richey. The sedan overturned after hitting the median, causing both parties to be thrown from the vehicle. Both occupants were transported to a local hospital where the woman later died from her injuries.
