BREVARD COUNTY, FL- Two truck drivers crashed on the side of I-95, involving two sedans, and leaving groceries everywhere, ClickOrlando reports.
The incident occurred south of State Road 520 in Cocoa.
At around 5p.m., a 22 year-old truck driver from New York was on the side of I-95 South due to vehicle issues.
An incoming truck crashed into the front of the broken down and stationary truck. This truck was driven by a 24 year-old driver from Titusville.
As the two trucks collided, two more southbound vehicles were involved in the crash as these sedans were overturned from the brunt of the impact.
Both truck drivers sustained injuries. The New York driver was severely injured while the Titusville driver was not. No information was given regarding those in the sedans.
The contents of one of the trucks had spilled out on the interstate. Police closed all lanes for 45 minutes to clean up the crash. Some of the lanes were reopened after that but the lanes containing the groceries remained closed until they were cleared after 9p.m.
