Ocoee, FL – A fatal accident occurred on Wurst Road Thursday morning when an unnamed driver veered off course and ran into a pole and the wall of a storage unit, reports The Orange Observer.
Police say the accident happened around 1:30AM as the driver was heading west on Wurst in the vicinity of Jamela.
The passenger, whom police have not named, died while receiving treatment at Health Central Hospital – Orlando Health. The driver was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center for serious injuries.
Authorities say that the crash is under investigation with The Ocoee Police Traffic Homicide Unit.
