Narrative
An 18 year-old girl was killed and a 29 year-old man was hospitalized when they crashed their ATV in St. Johns National Wildlife Refuge on April 8th. The man was driving the motorized vehicle up a hill when it swerved out of control around 12:10a.m. Both occupants were ejected and both were initially hospitalized. The man was hospitalized at Holmes Regional Hospital while the woman later died at Rockledge Regional Hospital. The ongoing investigation is under the care of the Florida Highway Patrol.
