Narrative
EAST NAPLES, FL – A driver of a Sedan struck a cyclist, a 46-year-old man, at the intersection of Airport-Pulling Road and Poinsettia Avenue, leading the cyclist to suffer fatal injuries Monday. The crash happened before 9:30 p.m. when the cyclist attempted to cross northbound Airport-Pulling Road before the sedan. As a result, the sedan driver hit the cyclist. The sedan driver, a 20-year-old man, and the passenger with him, a 21-year-old adult, were unharmed, while the cyclist died at the scene. Florida Highway Patrol is investigating additional details surrounding this collision.
