CRYSTAL RIVER, FL – A teenage driver died, and a 7-year-old boy and two teenagers were hospitalized after the driver lost control of his Jeep Cherokee Saturday afternoon. The force of this collision prompted the 7-year-old boy and his brother – the driver – to be thrown from the vehicle. The 7-year-old boy was hospitalized for serious injuries, and the two teenagers sustained unspecified injuries, while the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. None of the occupants wore their seat belts.
