Narrative
DUNNELLON, FL – Several people were hospitalized for their injuries and a 74-year-old man died after a three-vehicle collision on County Road 484 around 10:30 a.m. Saturday. According to Florida Highway Patrol, a driver of an SUV – the 74-year-old man – went from a westbound lane to an eastbound lane, causing the driver to crash with two other vehicles. All drivers crashed into a ditch. Troopers said the 74-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. Four children and three adults sustained minor injuries, and an 8-year-old boy was hospitalized for serious injuries. In addition, two women – a 71-year-old and a 30-year-old – were sent to the hospital to get treated for their critical, life-threatening injuries.
