SOUTHPORT, FL – A 34-year-old man operating a Ford Ranger crossed into Highway 77 South from the northbound lanes and collided head-on with a school bus, resulting in his death Monday. The bus driver attempted to avoid crashing into the Ford Ranger but was unsuccessful. He or she was unharmed, while the 34-year-old man from Graceville was pronounced dead at the scene.
