Narrative
PANAMA CITY, FL – A 60-year-old man from Alabama died Saturday when his motorcycle collided with an SUV in Panama City.
The accident occurred around 11 p.m. at the intersection of East 14th Street and US-98, which on the northeast side of the city in the Pinnacle Pines Estates area.
Police say that an eastbound motorcyclist collided with a northbound SUV when the driver of the latter vehicle ignored the stop sign at the intersection.
Authorities have not yet released the name of the motorcyclist.
The 62-year-old driver of the SUV, whom police have identified as Manuel Flores Toledo, faces a charge of DUI manslaughter.
