SUV Strikes, Kills Teen Motorcyclist in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, FL – A young motorcyclist was hit and killed by an SUV in Duval County on Monday, News 4 Jax reports. The accident involved a 19-year-old motorcyclist and a 38-year-old driving an SUV. The SUV attempted to turn left at Dunn Avenue from New Kings Road and collided with the motorcyclist as he was headed north on FL-15 at about 9:00 p.m. The teenager was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, and police have not disclosed whether he was wearing a helmet.
