Narrative
A 37 year-old truck driver died when he crossed the train tracks and hit the train on Monday on US 27. One of the 46 empty boxes on the train was hit on its right side, and the whole train fell off the track. The train then blocked both directions of US 27 while the trailer caught on fire. The investigation for this accident remains open.
