MIAMI, FL – A distracted driving accident that happened Monday caused a vehicle rollover and hospitalized one person in Miami.
WSVN said the collision happened on Northwest 79th Street and Sixth Avenue.
An SUV driver was on his phone and then lost control of his vehicle. As a result, he hit several objects, including a boulder. Shortly after, his car overturned and then hit a pole.
It is unclear if the driver suffered injuries, but his passenger was hospitalized for non-life threatening injuries.
