A 53 year-old woman died when her sedan failed to slow down behind a slowed semitruck at mile marker 296 on I-95 on Dec. 28th. The sedan was stuck under the semi, and the victim died onsite. The driver of the semi was not harmed. The northbound lanes were closed from the time of the crash at 8:30a.m. until the afternoon.
