MANATEE COUNTY, FL – A 15-year-old and an 11-year-old boy died, and two adults were injured when an SUV driver crashed into a pole on State Road 62 Saturday. Florida Highway Patrol said there was heavy rain when the driver – a 43-year-old man – lost control of his vehicle and collided with a utility pole. The man and the front seat passenger – a 34-year-old woman – sustained serious injuries. The two boys were pronounced dead at the scene. All occupants wore their seat belts.
