Narrative
A 37 year-old woman was walking when she was struck by a car that fled the scene on 1000 W. 10th St. on Feb. 25th around 11:06p.m. Authorities suspect that the vehicle was a silver sedan. It seems as if the accident occurred on the eastbound lane, where both the pedestrian and the vehicle were heading east, with the suspect turning onto Webster Ave. to escape. The vehicle is suspected to be damaged in the front and possibly on the right rear. The woman died at the scene, even though attempts were made by first responders to save her. Her name will not be revealed to the public for now. The investigation for this case is still ongoing. If any additional news is known, there are three ways to share it with authorities.
