Narrative
Two woman were struck by another car while outside of their vehicle on the side of I-4, killing one of them, and injuring two others on April 8th. The two females had struck their own Ford Focus against a concrete barrier on I-4, which then forced them to stop on the side of the road due to a flat tire. While there, around 5:52a.m., the Honda Civic crashed into the left rear of their parked car. It is unclear why the 26 year-old male driver of this car drove off the road and into this other car. The two 20 year-old women and the male driver were hospitalized. One of the women later died while hospitalized. The road was closed for about five hours. In the meantime, traffic was directed to I-4 at exit 90 and onto I-4 Express lanes. There are open investigations for both collisions.
