Man, 28, dies from single-vehicle crash in Marion County

MARION COUNTY, FL – A solo-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 301 in Marion County claimed a person’s life Sunday, Click Orlando said. 

The collision happened before 1 a.m. 

A driver of a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck wanted to negotiate a curve and did not stay in his lane. This caused the vehicle to travel off course and later roll over. 

The driver did not wear a seatbelt and was thrown from his vehicle. As a result, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
