MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL – A pedestrian’s life was claimed after he was hit by a car in Fountainbleau before 6:30 am Wednesday.
The collision happened at Northwest 87th Avenue and Seventh Street, Local 10 reported.
It is unclear if the driver rendered aid, remained at the scene, and will face charges.
The pedestrian was identified as Alex Camacho.
Camacho succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
At the time of reporting, NW 87th Ave. was closed, and drivers were redirected to Northwest Eighth Street.
