LARGO, FL – A motorcyclist was killed Tuesday evening after colliding into a semi-truck and getting trapped underneath, WSTP reported.
The crash occurred around 7:20 pm at Tall Pines Drive and Ulmerton Road. The motorcyclist made a right turn on Tall Pines Drive and crashed into the rear end of the semi-truck.
The Largo Police Department said the motorcyclist became trapped underneath the truck and shortly died on the scene.
Largo Police did not release the motorcyclist’s identity, but they did state the semi-truck driver was unharmed and not driving while intoxicated.
