Narrative
A forklift operator killed a coworker yesterday when 2 packs of lumber fell on the coworker in Port Tampa Bay. At 11a.m., the forklift operator braked and the two packs fell. The man was killed by the second pack which fell on top of him. The worker was hospitalized but was pronounced dead at the hospital. The OSHA Washington D.C. office is running the investigation and encourages those with information to reach out to (202) 693-4676.
