DESOTO COUNTY, FL – Three were injured, and two were left dead in a crash on County Road 660 in Desoto County Friday.
The collision occurred before 7:45 pm, according to NBC 2 News. A sedan slammed into a utility vehicle. As a result, the passengers from the utility vehicle were thrown from the car.
The driver and passenger of the utility vehicle suffered life-threatening injuries. Two passengers from the utility car succumbed to their injuries and died.
The driver of the sedan sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The contributing factors to Friday’s crash are under investigation.
