CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FL – Two died, and one was injured from a solo-vehicle crash on I-75 and Tuckers Grade Road Wednesday in Charlotte County.
The collision occurred around 9 pm, NBC-2 said. A driver was speeding at a high rate. Then lost control of the car, rotated, and slammed into a tree. As a result, the vehicle caught on fire.
A 35-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries, and the driver and a 16-year-old teenager were pronounced dead at the scene.
The collision is under investigation.
