FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – A female pedestrian’s life was claimed Tuesday after getting hit by a car in Fort Lauderdale.
The collision occurred at Broward Boulevard, and Andrews Avenue around 10 am, WSVN reported.
The cause of the crash was not stated. However, what is known is that the woman was pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver was taken to Broward Health Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
Broward Boulevard and Andrews Avenue were closed but have reopened since.
